Booking conditions

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is required in order to secure a reservation with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.  We reserve the right to re-advertise your dates following non-receipt of final payment.

Scheduled check-out time is 12.00, since we must give priority to our incoming guests.  However, depending upon flight times we will make all efforts to accommodate your preferred departure time.

Flight are not included

Transfers to and from Dalaman Airport are not included; let us know if you wish us to book your airport transfers to the villa where you will be met and shown around. The cost is approximately £50 each way for a car and £60 each way for a mini-bus (recommended for more than 2 persons) and the journey takes 2 hours (1½ on a good run). 

Transfers for your return journey should be reconfirmed by you 72 hours before required.  We take no responsibility for “No shows” or late pick up.

The villa, garden and pool are serviced daily with a linen change mid-week and a full clean weekly.  Additional beach-sized towels are available for round the pool so you can leave space in your suitcases for your shopping.

British passport holders need to purchase a Visa on arrival, this must be paid in sterling and is £10 per person. Please ensure you have the correct money (notes only, coins not accepted).  Guests from other countries will need to check their individual Visa requirements.  These can be checked with the Turkish consulate before travelling on 09068 347 348 or visit www.turkishconsulate.org.uk.

Please ensure you have adequate travel Insurance. We will not be liable for any losses or accidents.

The villa has a no smoking policy.  Smoking only permitted outside.

These conditions form the contract between us, the owners and you, the renter.

Car hire

We can organise car hire, if required, either for the length of your stay or for a day or two to wander along the coast or visit the ancient sites.  Prices depend upon length of hire, size, whether you require air-conditioning and the season and start from £25 per day.
